Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

If there’s an issue with your order once you've received it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on a solution. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Essential Heavyweight Tee:

Our apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand partner and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on apparel once an order is placed. Please make sure you've selected the correct size before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@nudemelon.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
